Product Description
Automatic Rack Type Cooling Bed is used for even cooling of TMT bars and to convey these bars from cooling bed to the discharge section of this machine. The design of this cooling bed resembles to the structure of walking beam. The advanced design of this machine is useful for smooth and systematic positioning of TMT bars over its racks. This machine consists of racks for maintaining straight condition of the bars under higher temperature, motor controlled cut rollers for maintaining proper alignment of bars and roller table with chain controlled mechanism.
